Biography
Guy Wilkie Warrren was born in Goulburn NSW in 1921. He served in the Australian Army during World War II. He undertook art training at the National Art School at the end of the war with the Commonwealth's post war training scheme. He then travelled to England to pursue landscape painting training at the
Chelsea School of Art. He has lived in london, New York and Paris. During his artiistic career he has taught at the University of Sydney, UNSW and the Sydney College of the Arts and won the Archibald Prize in 1985. He is the Director of the University of Wollongon Art Collection.
